Review of Caroline Restaurant

Image
Spacious and inviting inside. I don't always like Bloody Mary's (I don't love vodka), but I had to try this one with 'bacon infused vodka' and a garnish of peppered bacon. Was glad I did! The bacon was fresh off the grill, crispy, oily, and the Mary itself was nicely balanced with worcestershire and hot sauce notes coming through along with the alcohol. Erin's cinnamon roll. Really cool spin on a classic. Here it is folks. I scanned down the list of breakfast items for the most expensive thing and what do you know: king crab avocado toast. Obviously ordered this thing. But went one step further and upgraded with a poached egg on top -- put an egg on it! yeah, yeah! That egg se...
